Pen Holders

What kind of holder do you place your inividual pens in ie: sleeves cases boxes etc and is there a good link to get them from?

All my pens ship out in a velvet draw string pen pouch placed in a black cardboard box with my business card inside, unless the customer pays for a leather pouch or wood box. (high end pens ship out with a leather pouch and gift box). I get both the pouch and boxes from monty from the link Alton provided above.

I get the black velvet pen sleeves from Bear Tooth Woods, I think it was $20 for 150 of them. Tough to beat!
