Just thought I would let everyone know of the great service I got from the Pear Tree Pen Company. I ordered some Waterman and Private Reserve ink cartridges. Well, I received the Waterman cartridges and a bottle of Private Reserve. I called them and told them of the mistake. He said to keep the bottle and he would send out the cartridges at no charge. I also, in passing, mentioned the bottle cap was broke. He said he will send me a cap, also. Now, you can't get much better service than that.

Yes they did, but that isn't the point. Even the best of companies make mistakes. It is how they take care of the mistake that matters.

I have bought from James several times. His service is top notch and he is a nice guy to boot.

I also love his sampling program.
