Particle Board Pen

Well I had typed in the forum to see if anyone else has done a partical board pen and I did not see anything so I said why not since I did not find anyone on here that has made one. Looks amazing and very hard to turn. I also used embossing powder I found on clearance at my hobby lobby and I do have another particle board pen I am gonna do in blue or couple different colors just have not done it yet. The kit is just a cheap economy slimline from when I first started turning pens

Try MDF

Try MDF now, use a tight fitting dust mask.

There are couple people selling them on etsy and ebay. The glue in the material will take its toll on your tools. Nice work. There have also been people that have done sawdust pens and basically that is what particle board is you may want to try that. Use various colored woods. Thanks for showing.
