I don't believe that there are any 2-blank BP kits with a screw or snap cap (but I might be wrong).
The MP208 is another option - similar to the Editor, but a little heftier. It's made in Taiwan & the Editor is made in China.

I haven't made an MP208, but as best I can tell from the instructions, you might be able to make your own top barrel. The Editor has a 1-piece cap, but the instructions indicate that you have to assemble the top barrel of the MP208. Might take some tinkering, but you might be able to accomplish what you want with it.
