Panache in Spalted Maple

I finished this Panache today. Had to look hard to find a blank big enough. I thought the spalt line on the stabilized Sugar Maple blank would work well with the shape and length. Unfortunately a good part of the spalting on the upper blank got turned off. I have one more high School Gym show this year and am hoping it will draw some attention and start up conversation. C&C always welcome. Thanks for looking.

That blank works great with that pen. I haven't made that pen before, interesting pen and you don't even need a pen holder for it
