I have no idea in Canada, but it wouldn't be a good deal here! You can get a new one at HF for 50 bucks, complete with handy gauge and pressure relief valve, and no goops or dings.

Thats what I was thinking.. I could order one from HF and pay about $25 or so shipping and have a new one..
