When did AS start shipping to Canada? His website still says he does not ship outside the USA.

Bill does not ship to Canada, as far as I know...he is very adamant about this...how'd you get him to ship to Canada?

We do not ship orders outside of the continental United States - Hawaii & Alaska are OK.
