I click on print preview or print a Microsoft Works 8.0 spreadsheet.

Have tried different HP and Microsoft suggestions and so far nothing has resolved this problem.
Has anyone had this problem and got it resolved?

Regards,

Sounds like their print function has a bit of a leak somewhere. Without being right there, there's not much I can do, sorry. :(

Have you patched recently or something? Did it ever work before?

I did a quick search around the internet for you and noticed that quite a few people are having problems with HP printers and Works print preview. Here is what I found that might help.

After consulting Hewlett Packhard about the problem they have confirmed/admitted that their H.P. Photosmart C 3180 is NOT compatible with M.S. Works 7.0
So driver not changed. Different software required.

Microsoft's website about the issue.

Thats for your efforts....I am using Photosmart C5180 All-In-One printer and MS Works v8.0. I konw Photosmart printers are not compatible with MS Works v7.0 and that HP has solved that issue.

I found out that my issue was not a printer problem but an issue with a Windows up date file that was causing the "Out of Memory" error.
