Not enough information to tell.

750,000 VISITORS, how many BOUGHT??

Average dollar amount of the sale?

They want $200 a year to be there, what return should YOU expect?

IF they will tell you, THEN you have information to base a decision.
(Ok, so you are still guessing, but you know what room the dartboard is in---next you need to find out WHICH WALL??)

Yeah, I just got that email.

Its too expensive for my measly little hobby at this point in time. I guess if you sold enough, and already have an advertising budget, it could be worth it.

Not sure who they are reaching out to. Are these buyers or other woodworkers because it is a Rockler ad. Could be people like me looking for ideas and not buying. Need to be able to talk to other that are there.

Could be one thousand visits by each person who's shelled out 200 bucks to be on the site, compulsively looking to see if anyone's logged in to look at their stuff yet.

Not sure what return you'd get on that investment...if there are that many woodworkers on there, you'd likely have to lower your prices to stay competitive...

None of the stuff I glanced at had pricing on it, just call for a quote. Seems like a lot of dough for web exposure. I could pay a lot less for my own website.

Am I reading this correctly??? Are you saying there is no "shopping cart"??

That makes the decision simple, to me------NO!

If I want to throw away $200 bucks I'll just go to the casino, at least there I get all the free soda I can drink and the chance to get a small profit while having a good time.

As Ed said , not enough information to tell . But $16.25 a month was enough to prompt me to delete the message . That's without reading the fine print .
