Niether me nor my wife are typically the herbal-type. She's a licensed dietitian and tends to be suspicious of snake oils.


That being said, since we just had our first baby, she is taking fenugreek herb on the recommendation of our lactation consultant, and THE STUFF WORKS!!

Where would you recommend a good online supplier? Meaning, reasonable price/quality?

Matt, the so-called nutraceutical products, as you may know, are not regulated by the FDA. Accordingly, there is very little to no oversight on these products. The percentage of the active ingredient can vary wildly between brands.

My advice is to use the brand recommended to your wife since it works for her.
