What is a good wood to use to make Honey dippers. Can i use white oak or maple I know something with spalting is not good or walnut But what else do u recommned.

I would be careful as to the type of polish finish you use. Some finish products say not to be used on food stuff. Use the stuff they use on salad bowls I guess.
