One for me - One for my wife

So just before the Atlanta pen show I made a pair of pens. One for myself and the other for my wife. I wanted to have them ready for the show so I could have both nibs custom ground.

For my pen I wanted something subtle. So I made some Faux Ivory material and left it with a satin finish. I also retrofitted a 14k Japanese Pilot nib as a little special gift to myself.














Then for my wife she requested everything just for her. She came up with the blank colors and layout (I cast it of course) as well as the pen's design. This was also a small gift for her promotion at work.
