Casting casting casting.
I go home each night, demold 10-12 tubes from the previous night in the shop. Go upstairs and put another 10-12 tubes in the molds, then back to the shop to mix and pour the resin.
Rinse and repeat each night.
Zens, Aeros, Sierras, Barons...... Tonight it's Churchills and Cigars next.
I had already prepped about 100 tube sets so right now it's just the casting. This weekend I'll start prepping tubes for the Jr Gent IIs.
Filling up a LARGE flat rate box to go out.
Wish I could do more at a time, but too many tubes in the pot creates too much heat and the materials I work with tend to be sensitive to that. Maybe time for a second pot?????
