Older Kit ID

Older Dayacom kit, looks similar to a modern cigar but the rear tube is much larger and the front seems longer. The rear section goes over the twist mechanism to hold the pen together and extend the ink cartridge. I have a few of these that were part of a closeout/estate buy.

Any ideas? Instructions?
