If someone would identifi the manufacturer or origin & age, it would be really helpful.Thank you in advance.

From what I can see, the top left one says "Peugeot Freres Acierfonde" which translates as "Peugeot Brothers Steel Foundry". Goldenberg and Richter are manufacturers. Don't know what that symbol represents.
 
Are these markings on carving tools or cabinet/patternmaker? The #7 would denote the sweep/curvature on a carving gouge. I'd be surprised if any are woodturning tools unless of the pole lathe genre. Would you show some pictures of the complete tools?
