Old Scaps

I have several left over casting parts that ether broke or just plain ugly. Can I use them by breaking them up and adding all the broken left overs into a new brick? Just wondering if anyone has tried that and if it turned out?
I don't want to end up with one big ugly brick.

I have used blanks done that way and some of them come out very good. Have never poured one myself.

Yes you definately can, I do it all the time. Some turn out great, others although I don't like them, others do. The best ones tend to be chips/chunks of brightly colored left-over resin cast in black resin.
