So my first one was a practice to see what the kit was like. It's quite a beefy pen for sure. This one I did with a Buckeye Burl Hybrid. I think it turned out better. You?

Excellent pen Bobby. Yes, after coming off of slims, the Cigar is a huge dimension difference.

I will say this though, just from my experience, the Cigar (at least Berea), has a mechanism that I'm still using after 5 years with no issues. I get a few back for refills and occasional re finishing from when my finishes were still a work in progress (as they still are), but no issues at all about the mechanism.
