I just went to Owl Hardwood in Des Plaines Illinois for the first time today. I'm about a 15 minute drive from work. I'm in trouble. It's hard to believe the stuff that they have. I spent an hour going through the exotic cutoffs. Incredible burls and figured pieces. They are probably going to know me by name pretty soon.

I know the feeling...I found an exotic lumberhard about 20 minutes from my house and it's a good thing they are only open one Saturday a month!
