Found https://verktoyas.no with a search. I don't know if they sell pen related things or if there would be any bargains of any kind. The owner also sets up the wood turning cruises there. Something a lot of woodturners drool over.
 
I would love to go on one of the woodturning cruises but the price, even for the least expensive accommodations, is expensive. I will continue to drool.

No problems don't think they do any kits etc. Think they supply those on the cruise.
However 3000 NOK equals approx £250...

More than 20 years ago, when I had just started woodturning, I visited Sweden. Norway's neighbor and was amazed by the many markets. There were many knife builders there. I still have part of a knife blank of it. I didn't even know what stabilized wood was then. You could choose many types. Keep in mind that Norway is one of the most expensive countries in the world. Due to the oil industry, salaries are very high and you notice that in the prices. You only need to cut the knife blanks.
