My wife thinks I'm obsessed with trying to figure out the 360 herringbone and she might be right (as usual):). I think that I have figured out how to do it using squares. I loosely glued one up using cheap pine and sanded it semi round on the bench sander and it looks to be right. My obsession is trying to figure out how to do it using triangles. I can not for the life of me get anything that even closely resembles something that would work. I have this BIG pile of triangles on my work bench and it seems like every time I go to the shop I end up playing with them instead of doing something productive. Anyone care to give some thoughts (new hints). Not asking for a tutorial just some guidance.
Thanks.

Hey, I'm always willing to help those who help themselves!
Do your triangles have one angle that's 90 degrees? If so, then "pretend" there is an invisible half on the other side of it, thus making it a square... then pretend you've got a bunch of squares on your workbench instead of triangles and glue it up as if they were squares, always keeping the 90 degree angle to the center.
Does that make sense? I a few pics in my album of some blanks glued up if it will help to see a finished product. If your triangles do not have a 90 degree side then I can't help.

Hey Thanks Jeremy,
I think I understand now (we'll see). I really do appreciate it.
