Quite a few restaurants in St Aug(were this was at), serve rattlesnake and gator. Some specialty markets sell packaged gator meat. I like gator. I also know quite a few folks who eat armadillo and possum, anyone heard of Slumgullion? Besides, unless you live in the city (Jacksonville) we're all a bit stump-jumper here abouts.
