Non-Pen Related Machining Job

A buddy of mine has an auto repair business and from time to time he brings me odd jobs to do. This is a pair of brake caliper housings that needed a little ridge removed so he could make them fit.

First I removed the majority of the material with a face mill...

After that I did the finishing pass with my shop made fly cutter...

Here's the finished product...
