I was told today by my wife that she is not going to let me get the 24x32 foot garage. The price was to high and she did not want the mess. She told me it would be a waste to have the cars in there since i no longer work on the cars due to the electronics involved now a days.:eek::eek:

After she held a straight face for a few seconds she saw i was getting depressed. So she sad instead for me to build a 18x10 foot work shop just for my turning and to get a car port to cover the driveway and the cars.:biggrin::biggrin:

She was busting my bublle and knew it.

Now for the new table saw and Band saw.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

They finally started the dirtwork for my new garage and workshop, as long as the rain stays to a minimum I should be a happy camper in a few weeks. Yes the building cost are absolutly NUTS!!!! Concrete is not good either, YUCK. Hope to have pics to show of some progress soon. Congrats on your new project, I hope my wife approves of mine.

sorry about your dream shop, but glad you are getting a shop..hooray...I'm sure the work you will produce will be of the same caliber as what you could produce in a bigger shop..have fun
