Hi everyone, my name is Vince and I am a cabinetmaker/woodworker for the last 22 years. I have only have been turning pens for the last 4 years. I hope I can meet alot of members in this forum.

I'm a newbie as well Vince, but it certainly doesn't stop me from saying, Welcome Aboard.

I have had a ball over the last few days checking out this site and I am sure you will also.

Welcome to one of the many spinning vortexes associated with lathes. The thing about lathes is you can stay in the pen vortex or you can spin up to bigger and heavier, but what ever your primary spiny vocation is put all your cash and liquid assets in a locked safe and through away the key because the vortex has a habit of sucking dollars out pockets no matter how tight your wallet may be.:biggrin: Have fun and again welcome aboard, it's one heck of a ride.:wink:
