New VS Lathe in Town

That does look nice, 12 x 27 with a 1 HP.almost puts it in with the Delta 46-460 actually a bit longer.

Many new lathes coming onto the market. Interest in turning must be increasing. Choices are good for the consumer and competition will make the machines better at attractive prices.

I like all the specs. on that machine. They look good on paper. The real test will be once someone gets one... Are the centers aligned, everything tight & solid... And last without premature wear? That sort of thing.

If I didn't already have a lathe I was happy with, it would definitely be on my short list if I were looking for something new.

Boy if that is not a knock-off of the new Delta. I have to say that is a good price.
