Hey IAP!

I posted these over on my instagram page yesterday, but also wanted to put out a notice here on the IAP.

For a long time, getting a good swirl pattern in a kitless length rod blank was tougher than the pattern you could achieve on a square blank. I've figured out a way around that challenge with these new blanks I call "Vanguard".

I used the same technique on these "Hydra" blanks too.

Check them out if you want! I have over 300 different alumilite pen blank mixes on my website. Thank you!

This is amazing!!!! You were able to achieve block pour level color separation, in a PVC pipe style pour.

Seriously mind blowing. I truly am blown away on your skill level. Well done.

You have always raised the bar with your 10 color pours, but this is just next next level.

Also realizing that rods:
1) reduce waste
2) reduce resin cost
3) allow for kitless makers on a wood lathe to start off easier
4) the over all time savings of not having to turn square to round.

Thanks Rob!

You're definitely right on the benefits of the rods over the square blanks. I'm glad I decided to go back to them not too long ago.
