I just visited the Penn State website and found that they have totally redone their site. I feel it is much more user friendly and up-to-date.

I got the email to visit the "grand opening" and visited the site thinking of using the $10 savings on a few Majestic pen kits but the same old story on the ones I wanted.... On Sale but out of stock! Does this place order in a dozen kits at a time or what?
