Anyone get Ernie's new ad from Bear Tooth Woods advertising a couple new kits. I saw the elegant beauty click pen and am not a big fan of that being a click pen. Something about the clip being so far down the tube. Also the other one I am not crazy about is the cigar circuit board kit. I think this might be a nice kit if the top portion were a solid colorblank. The problem would be that you would wind up with a top half circuit board and unless you reverse the combination that would be a waste of money. Putting both on the same kit seems abit much for me.

What says you all????

I like the look of the Elegant click, may have to get some in, I agree about the circuit board Cigar looks a little too busy but I am sure there will be many who love that look and order them!

I wish people would stop confusing the Elegant Beauty which is a great pen by Dayacom also marketed as the Aero, with the "Sierrra Elegant Beauty" which is just a rehashed version of a pen marketed by Berea Hardwoods that has problems, no amount of window dressing is going to help that transmission design, other than a spot of blue loctite or Elmers glue, to stop the transmission from unscrewing. And why don't they tell you that in the PDF instructions.
OK I'll climb down off my soap box.

Last time I looked Ken, the words Elegant Beuty were used in the title of the kit. Yes it maybe a knock off but then call the Daycom an Aero if you are hung up on that. Either pen would not look good in my opinion with a click because of where the clip sits. They shortened the barrel so you do not have to use that extension piece which at least was a big improvement.Where is a good place to buy the Aeros??? I usually get them at CSUSA.

My customers have been asking for a click version of the Elegant Beauty pen. So I'm glad that Ernie is offering them - I just wish Berea would let him resell the TN twist pens also.

I'm also excited to get some of the Vail kits. I just wish he had a chrome with gold accents version. I asked him about a Platinum with Gold accents, but he said it would have been considerably more money per kit. But they look like a great pen for the price point. I'll definitely be ordering some of each soon.
