Got my PW a few days ago and have made an index wheel out of clear Polycarbonate. I chose this material as it is translucent and I could also put temporary marks on the front side with a whiteboard pen and the remove them once the job was completed
I made the diameter larger so the index marks are not obscured by the arm.
The index marks on the reverse side and are partial holes filled with color pen. that way they wont wear off.
Only took about 45mins to make.
