New Computer ?????

I am having a problem accessing the numerical pad on my new computer. What are some of the commands I can try to access it??? Thanks.

I don't mean to insult your intelligence, but be sure the number lock key is in the proper position. Other than that if you cannot access the number pad, it might be a problem with the keyboard.

That was the first thing I tried. Its a new keyboard and there is something I am not doing and was hoping someone had a quick answer. Thanks.

If the 'numberlock' key doesn't fix it, exchange the keyboard - or if you have your old keyboard, plug it in and see what happens.

OK I got it. There are no lights on my keyboard. The commands pop up on the computer screen and that feature was not on. Once I got the pop up to work I was able to get the num. lock to work. Thanks.
