Some thief managed to use my credit card # to get an online gift card from a large national retailer. I monitor my checking and credit card accounts online every 2-3 days so saw it quickly and canceled my cc. Card provider says could be up to 2 weeks before I get a replacement card so...

I had an open order with Dawn (PR_Princess - exoticblanks.com) so I emailed her asking to put a hold on the order until I get the replacement card. Of course, Dawn emails back, offering to send the order anyway and we could settle payment later.

Just another example of the generosity and trust common on IAP!

Yes, this is the type of friendship I have found on this site. I order blanks from someone - no make that several people - and there is, most always, more than what was expected. I do the same in return.
 
Isn't it wonderful to find out there are still some trusting people in this world. I recently had an interesting experience. I saw an ad for carving wood (bass wood), only a name, website and phone number listed. I visited the site and was impressed with the prices and variety of wood available. They would even custom cut for no additional charge. I got an order together, just over $100. On their order page, it just said to call or email your order, no payment or shipping information. I sent an email got a quote with shipping and was told "Wendell, this is how we do things, we will ship you the wood UPS, a few days later you will receive an invoice. Just send us a check."

I dont think anyone wants to have that good of service just once! So you dont screw it up by not paying. It is a fact that good people run this pen business and the bad ones know they cant survive here, so they stay away. I have said it before and will say it again... I am proud to be a part of this community.
