I am having trouble with my tubes coming out of the blanks. What am I done wroung, I am sanding the tubes and putting the Titebond (medium) on the tubes then letting the blanks set-up for 30 to 60 mins. if not over night but about half of the tubes are comming out when I start to turn them. Please help

CA isn't a great gap filling glue. You may want to switch to Gorilla Glue, it foams when in the presence of moisture so it fills the gap.

The other option is to drill the holes with little to no gap/slop so there isn't much gap to fill.
 
What grit sandpaper are you using? We always use 150 grit. We also use the thick CA, put it on the tube and insert the tube into the blank.
 
the GG that I'm talking about is the original (not their wood glue). It's a Polyurethane glue and will foam to fill gaps.

They do have a new version that turns white as it's curing.
 
Sounds to me lilke you may not be getting enough glue on the tube. Are you twisting it as you push it in to the blank and ensuring you get all over coverage?
