Need help wedgie segmenting jig

So I have access to autocad, a large scale cnc machine and a ton of 1/2" HDPE. I am looking to make a hand full of Wedgie Sleds with degree blocks. What I am looking for is either clear measurements of the components or a dwg file of these components. Can anyone assist me?

This is from the segeasy site, theres a video on Jerry Bennetts youtube channel for a better insight. The sled doesnt really have a set dmension but guidelines to build for function.
