Need Help identifying a pen kit.

I have a 5 identical pen kits that I don't know what they are or even where I bought them. Pretty sure that are not a Pennstate product but have no label..
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

Unfortunately , it has been discontinued.

I'm no expert on the subject. But I believe PSI has their kits made in Taiwan. Penkitsmall (aka Rizheng) is in China & generally makes cheap knockoffs of other's kits.

The Knurl GT & Annular Twist look identical, but probably are not.

Since your bags have no labels, I would guess that they are probably the Rizheng version.
