Need CD Top Ideas

I was thinking of making my nieces and nephews CD tops for Christmas after seeing the idea in Woodturning Design but I didn't like the way the author attached the CD to the top. Has anyone seen any other designs out there where the CD attaches with more then just a press fit?

why make CD tops? why not throw tops?

Thanks guys was looking for something different to do for the little ones. I went with the epoxy. One done, only 9 more to go.
