Hello All! So it is my first run at creating some nicer fountain pens. These are the Silver noble kits...One of the nibs I used wrote pretty well but this one is pretty bad. Very scratchy and the ink doesn't seem to want to flow. I don't want to end up selling a high dollar pen if it's going to write awful when the customer gets it. How do I ensure these nibs will write well every time? Or is it a better idea to buy some higher quality replacement nibs? If so, which do you all recommend that would fit into these. They have either a #6 or #7 in them. Would love to get some feedback!

You can adjust/fix your nibs (scratchy, ink flow, alignment, etc.). This is a set of three youtube videos for doing this type of work. This guy is good with instructions and examples. There are other videos available but I would start here.....
