Need a floral blank

not sure if this is the correct section, but I'll give it a shot.
My wife recently opened a florist in our town, and loves sloths. So I wanted to make her the sloth pen from woodturningz, but would like have some sort of flower/floral blank make up that I can use on the pen.

Anyone here know where I can get one or can someone make one?

Update.
Got the perfect blank from @Toni and paired it with the sloth pen kit. I had to work on my CA finish and the Wife loved it
