Name that kit

We recently bought out a former turner's inventory and I've been spending the last few days trying to make sense of everything. A lot of it has been very old stock, stepped euros, flat tops, classics, americanas, etc., but there were enough styles that we are likely to use to make it worth our while.

There are a few kits that I haven't been able to identify. One is this one. It has plastic fittings, a short clip, and the cap piece has a chrome hexagon on it not unlike a cigar pen.

Any ideas what it is?

The longer two are Havanas and the shorter is the El Toro

At first I couldnt see the hex piece but after a good close up I see it now.
