Name that kit, too

I'm still sorting through the kits that we bought from the retired pen turner's inventory and found another kit that I could not identify.

This one uses a Parker-sized refill and has a click mechanism. The clip is plain and it has two rings at the middle fitting.

Just found what looks to be a Woodcraft version of the same pen. That one has a plain center section. The fittings are a tad different and likely more finicky
