My son, Shaun, deploys for Iraq in the next few hours. When he arrives it will mean both of our sons have been there. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

I can't really say I know how you feel about that (my son is only 18 months old), but I'm sure you are very proud of them both. I would like to say thank you to both your sons for their service to our country, and they will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Bruce, My Nephew, Who My wife and I raised from the age of 14. Is also in Iraq. He has been there about three months now. You, Shaun and your family are added to the list of people I pray for every day. My gratitude to your Son and all of you. By the way My Nephew is also Named Sean. just different spelling. He is on a 15 day mission right now so we do not get news from him during that time.

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers everyone. If you could while you're at it, keep his wife, Ashley, and son, Trevor, in your thoughts as well. The toughest job in the world is being a military spouse.
