My solution to the "log-on/off" problem

I've seen a number of people still are having trouble with the log on difficulties even though they check "remember me." It doesn't.

Well, I never got it figured out after we changed to this format. But my own "cure" though possibly not computer savy has worked well for me for a long time now.

I just never log off.

The only time I need to go through all that is if I'm on the road using another computer.

Just thought I'd "throw this out."

It is exactly how I do it also. Works fine with no problem:biggrin:
 
Some people have their browsers set to clear the cache, cookies, passwords etc. This can sometimes interfere..
 
I leave IAP open in a Firefox tab all the time on two different PCs, but still occasionally have the log in/out problem on one or both during any given session... :frown:
 
That was not the problem. The problem was the site does not remember the person even though he does not log out and has the box checked that says remeber me. If you have an answer for that one I think alot of people would be interested.
