Well...I have been real busy with the newest addition to our family...She has kept me out of the shop for a few days. She is now 3 weeks old and an absolute gem...Hopefully, I will get her sleeping a bit more and I can get out and have some fun.

The only way you are going back into the shop is if you make some tools that she can hold and get her started now...

I can see it now, Little tiny dust mask, 2" gouge *total length. And the smallest lathe ever made..

Well the good news is that I used to spend my free time preparing our lives to care for this wonderful new addition. The second blessing is that we were also spending our extra money doing the same thing...So now we are in a good spot...The best part is that I have been given luxuries from the LOML because I built the baby furniture make picture frames for her photos...She gives me shop time more than most do. Usually, she requests shop projects and build...Most of the time, it requires new tools.

True....true.
I'm starting the second time around..........grandskids. Both just turned 1, two months apart. Can't wait for them to get old enough to spend shop time with. Best part is, we give them back when we're through with them.
