From left to right:

Buckeye burl, Cherry burl and Manzanita burl.

I used PR and they were left to cure under pressure. I am hoping not to find bubbles.

WOW...These are going to look amazing when you turn and fit them. You can just see the potential!
 
Those look AWESOME. How much pressure did you use? Do you have any pics of the before? I just wonder how bad the wood really looks before the PR is added.

Those blanks look very nice and I would very much like to see them after they are turned. Great work.

I was thinking of making some blanks out of worthless wood myself. Can you or someone else post pics of the types or conditions of wood that are generally used? I don't know how good or bad a piece would usually be in order to want/need to make by adding PR or Alumilite.

Thank you for posting a pic of the worthless wood blank before casting. I want to try one but was not sure the condition of the wood could be before the cast. That pic answers my questions.
