My first stab at casting....

Well I finally took the step and purchased some casting craft supplies and "experimented". Here's what I've cast so far. The first was made with some Testors black paint and pearl ex. The second I took some scraps of gold and copper gold leaf and covered some tubes and cast in clear. Think I'll try some silmar 41 next....

Where did you get the neat looking pen mold? Looks as tho' it might be a two-part special pen mold with no cutting apart. FW

The mold is a resin saver from NewLondon88 He's running a sale on them right now in the member classifieds. This one is a Sierra mold.
