So after bothering a whole lot of people specially Joe The Pen Wizard I finally gutted up to do my first casts. They didn't come out perfect, but at least they cured! I don't know what to do about air bubbles and the ends yet (see the yellow blank), but I'll keep trying.
The first yellow is simple self gluing beads from Michaels. The second pick one is powder coating pigments from Harbor Freight with gold acrylic swirls. The great thing about The Pen Wizard's mold is you can cast without tube and the plugs leave perfectly centered divets for drilling.
Manny thanks to this forum and Joe The Pen Wizard.
PS: Joe spent hours on the phone with me, way more than purchase of one mold could deserve. I would recommend him highly to anybody.
