Multi Segmented Pen ... Mesquite and Red Oak

I did the slice up using mesquite and red oak. I completed the glue up yesterday and turned the pen this morning. You thoughts?

Very nice Thom. Looks like you are having fun!
The ovals and the straight segments look spot on, meaning you got the ends marked correctly
to prevent a taper, and the alignment on the blank was good - not that easy and you nailed it.
