I am raising money for the Kansas City MS Walk. My wife has MS and we participate in the walk every year. We are just getting started fund-raising for the event on April 19th. The goal for the entire event by all participants is $93,000. Please take a few minutes to read the site even if you are unable to contribute. One of the goals is to educate others about MS.
I did not know if the moderators would object to posting a link to our team's site. Please let me know and I will remove this post.
Every hour of every day, someone is diagnosed with MS. That's why I registered for Walk MS 2008 and that's why I'm asking you to support my fundraising efforts with a tax-deductible donation.
The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is dedicated to ending the devastating effects of MS but they can't do it without our help. It's faster and easier than ever to support this cause that's so important to me. Simply click on the link at the bottom of this message.
Any amount, great or small, helps to make a difference in the lives of people with MS. I appreciate your support and look forward to letting you know how I do.
P.S. If you would like more information about the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, how proceeds from Walk MS 2008 are used, or the other ways you can get involved in the fight against MS, please visit nationalmssociety.org.
