This is it. My new shop:biggrin:

Except for a chest freezer it's all mine. No washer, no water heater, no wife's craft supplies! It's 20X20 and has just one minor problem, Can any of your eagle eyes spot it?

Yup, it only has two outlets and one of them is going to be occupied by the freezer
Looks like another rewiring project at hand before I can start turning again. Anyway am going to start moving into it tonight and hopefully finish on Saturday.:bananen_smilies051:
After this weekend I'll be offline for about a week :frown: as the move involves a new phone company and internet service provider.

I second the insulation, and will raise it a "you can't have to many outlets" I put one in every 4 feet in my walls with two in the middle of the floor and still find myself looking for empty sockets.
By the way I insulated my shop better than my house is and I can go out there when it gets to hot in the house and cool off. I can't smoke in the house no more with the new baby and it will be where I can go to have a cigarette in the winter as well. on really bad days it has heaters and an air conditioner. yesterday was 101 here and the shop never got warm. I find it a huge plus to be able to work in a place that is as comfortable or even more so then my living room.

At last, I'm back on line. That was the pits, couldn't turn and couldn't come here.:frown:

Hey Mark, take another look, it has a "LITTLE" insulation, what it needs is a LOT of insulation:biggrin:. And Daniel I agree with you on the outlets, that's what I did in my old shop.

Anyway the plan is, as soon as I get my old house rented, to insulate, wire, drywall, put a drop ceiling in and A/C it then I can start turning again. Found out the existing electrical condition in it right now is worse than I thought. Turns out the second outlet has no power to it so the only outlet is occupied:eek: That means no serious power tools till the wiring is done:frown: Oh well, gives me something to look forward to and I know what I'm going to be doing for the next few months.

Well Dale, not only was I going to say outlets, but I was going to elaborate a bit more.

First and foremost outlets. plan many extra outlets, including a couple drop downs from the ceiling. Next would be insulation along with drywall and lighting. If possible I would put in a couple of windows. Heating is never a problem but cooling is. I would put in A/C, but that is me. I spend too many hours in the shop to be uncomfortable. One mounted in the wall rated for a 20 x 20 room would be a must.

At any rate enough of my rambling. Congrats.
