Mothers day gift picture frame

This is the first picture frame I've ever made. It's Birdseye maple with danish oil finish.

I had the engraving done at theologian place that does my pens.

This is for my wife. Hopefully she'll like it.

Splined miter joints. Pretty strong yet easy joint.

I just noticed that my original post spell corrected 'engraving place' to 'theologian place'. It is a Christian gift shop though. Haha.
