More Cholla and Turquoise

I figured I'd give this another try with coarser turquoise. The last one the rock was so fine it lost the stone effect. It would've been much easier to just cast the cactus with the turquoise mica powder. The stone had some dark specks in it but I was too lazy to try to pick them out. Needless to say there's a few in the pen. I like the larger grains so it gives it the rock inlay look. Any questions and comments are welcome. Thanks for looking.

Artisan Arro from CSUSA is the kit. It's a nice compact pen. It also has a little more room for imbedded casting.

Like you, I tried the powder and the coarser material. I really like the way this one looks. Depending on the mood I'm in, I still use both.
